The 3260 is a Rycote InVision USM shockmount that has been custom modified for the Milab SRND 360. The USM makes use of Rycote’s patented vibration-resistant Lyre mount. In controlled tests at the Rycote factory, the USM provided up to twice the isolation of traditional microphone suspension systems.
