Once a reference/RMA number has been assigned to your service request, you are welcome to send your microphones to our service facility in Sweden, together with a filled-out and printed copy of our Service Request Form.
Due to limited time and lack of components and compatible equipment, we have stopped performing service on older (pre 1980s) Pearl/PML models. However, we are happy to provide third-party workshops with technical documentation and parts for discontinued models (depending on availability).
